Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)

All our crochet patterns are digital products delivered as downloadable PDF files. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the pattern has been downloaded or the download link has been sent.

When We May Issue a Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We may issue a refund in the following cases:

• You received a corrupted or unreadable file and we are unable to resolve the issue
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
• The pattern content significantly differs from the product description

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
